This year the Scottish Parliament is celebrating its 25th Anniversary and to mark this, I want to shine a light on the achievements of a local hero in Carrick, Cumnock, and Doon Valley.
I want your suggestions on a local hero to attend the upcoming ceremony in the Scottish Parliament.
This should be someone who has given their time and talent to benefit the local community.
Please nominate a local hero by emailing me at elena.whitham.msp@parliament.scot with some details on why you think they deserve to be recognised.
